Does the image disappear when power is off?
No. E-paper holds a static image without power to the display. Refreshing the image and using connected functions still require power.
How do I change the image?
Use the companion app to choose a template, edit a photo, or create pixel art, then send it to the card. The iOS and Android apps are preview versions; iOS testing uses TestFlight.
Is this a video screen?
This is an e-paper display for images and information. It refreshes the picture rather than playing smooth video like a phone screen.
What does NFC sharing do?
Share a web profile, portfolio, event page, or social link page with NFC, or display a QR code. NFC is not intended for payments, access control, or replacing door cards.
Can I change the faceplate?
Yes. The faceplate is interchangeable. The number of selectable faceplates depends on your pack; see the pack comparison above.
Which pack should I choose?
KS Special includes one card; Standard Duo Pack includes two; Standard Trio Pack includes three. Each pack includes one lanyard, with faceplates and keyrings in the quantities shown above. Choose your preferred Style in the product options.
