Shipping Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Nikdh are processed and delivered. Nikdh is a trading name of NKDH GROUP LTD.
1. Delivery destinations
The destinations currently available for delivery are shown at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, we are not currently able to accept an order for delivery to that location.
Certain products may be subject to geographic, carrier, safety, customs, or legal restrictions. Any restriction known to us will be communicated before dispatch or as soon as reasonably possible.
2. Order processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been authorised and any necessary order checks have been completed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next working day.
If a product has a special processing period, pre-order date, or made-to-order timeframe, this will be stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.
We may contact you if we need to verify an address, resolve a payment issue, or obtain information reasonably required to fulfil the order. A delay in receiving a response may delay dispatch.
3. Delivery methods, charges, and estimates
Available delivery methods, applicable charges, and estimated delivery times for your destination are displayed at checkout before you place the order. Please review this information carefully before payment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date in writing. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made, as required by applicable UK consumer law.
4. Order confirmation and tracking
We will send an order confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. Where tracking is available, tracking details will normally be sent after dispatch. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Please ensure that your email address and delivery information are accurate and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive an expected message.
5. Split shipments
Items in the same order may be dispatched separately due to size, availability, fulfilment location, or carrier requirements. Where this happens, you may receive more than one parcel or tracking number. You will not be charged an additional delivery fee solely because we split an order after it is placed.
6. Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us at linm@outlook.sg as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
We are not responsible for a failed delivery caused solely by materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, but we will take reasonable steps to help resolve the issue. Any re-delivery charge will be limited to reasonable costs actually incurred.
7. Customs, import taxes, and duties
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees may apply. Whether these charges are included or payable by the recipient will be shown at checkout where this information is available.
If duties and taxes are not stated as prepaid or included, the recipient may be required to pay them directly to the relevant authority or carrier. We do not control charges imposed by another country. Customers should check local import requirements before ordering.
We will not misstate the value or nature of goods on customs documentation.
8. Delays outside our control
Delivery may be affected by severe weather, transport disruption, customs processing, public holidays, industrial action, security incidents, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If a material delay occurs, we will provide available information and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay. Your legal rights, including rights relating to late delivery or cancellation where time is essential, remain unaffected.
9. Lost, damaged, or missing deliveries
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, first check the delivery location, household members, neighbours, and any carrier notice. Then contact us promptly at linm@outlook.sg with your order number.
If a parcel is lost or damaged before it comes into your physical possession, we remain responsible for providing an appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law. Please retain the packaging and provide reasonable information needed for a carrier investigation.
10. Risk and ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Different rules may apply if you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.
11. Refused and uncollected parcels
If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned as undeliverable, contact us. Once the parcel is returned, we will handle any refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy and applicable law. Reasonable return or re-delivery costs may be deducted only where legally permitted and where the failed delivery was caused by circumstances within your control.
Refusing delivery does not always constitute a valid cancellation. If you wish to cancel, you should also send us a clear cancellation notice.
12. Order changes and cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee a change after processing has begun. Your statutory cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund and Return Policy.
