Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nikdh website and any purchase you make from us. Nikdh is a trading name of NKDH GROUP LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17336486.
In these Terms, “Nikdh”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean NKDH GROUP LTD. “You” and “your” mean the person accessing the website or purchasing from us.
1. About us

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. Please read them before ordering and save or print a copy for your records.
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you should use the website and place an order only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Website information and availability
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, availability, and other website information are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, and minor variations that do not materially affect the product may occur.
We may correct genuine errors and update website content. If an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the option to continue on the corrected basis or cancel for a refund.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
4. Products
Products are subject to availability. Any dimensions, weights, capacities, or compatibility information should be reviewed before purchase. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended use, while we remain responsible for goods being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where that purpose is made known to us, and as described.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer law.
5. Prices, taxes, and promotions
The price payable is the price displayed when you place your order, together with any delivery charge clearly shown before payment. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
Promotional offers may be subject to stated conditions, dates, product exclusions, and availability. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and must be entered before checkout is completed. Promotions do not affect your statutory rights.
6. Placing an order
Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review and correct your details. The checkout button will make clear that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
After you place an order, we will send an electronic acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including lack of stock, an obvious pricing or description error, inability to authorise payment, delivery restrictions, or reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse. If we cancel after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.
7. Payment
You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout and may be subject to the provider’s terms and fraud-prevention checks.
We do not ask you to send full payment card details by email.
8. Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We will deliver without undue delay and, unless a different period is agreed, no later than 30 days after the contract is made. Further information is provided in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.
9. Cancellation, returns, and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund and Return Policy. Eligible consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods.
Separate rights apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. These Terms do not replace or restrict those rights.
10. Accounts and security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, create accounts for unlawful purposes, or interfere with the security or operation of the website.
11. Permitted use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not:
- use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, or infringement of another person’s rights;
- introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access to the website, servers, or customer accounts;
- scrape, copy, or exploit substantial website content without permission where prohibited by law;
- submit false, misleading, abusive, or harmful content; or
- interfere with the website’s normal operation or another customer’s use.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, or our legal rights.
12. Intellectual property
The website and its original content, branding, graphics, text, layout, and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print website pages for personal, non-commercial use. No other licence is granted unless we agree in writing.
Third-party names, logos, product images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers, and external websites. Third parties may apply their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites that we do not control, but this does not affect our responsibility for the sales contract between you and us.
14. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your mandatory statutory rights.
If you use products for commercial purposes, additional limitations permitted by law may apply, but nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Personal information
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies and similar technologies should be used only in accordance with the choices made through the website’s consent controls where consent is required.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our business, or applicable law. The version in force when you place an order will normally apply to that order. We will not retrospectively reduce your contractual or statutory rights.
17. Severability and waiver
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you also retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply in your country of residence.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, but a consumer may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom or other country in which they live where mandatory law permits.
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a complaint directly.
